This promotion is exclusive to customers who are trading with VOW as a member of the VOW Venture programme. The participating resellers must meet all the criteria to be a VOW Venture customer throughout the period of the promotion.
There should be no unauthorised outstanding payments or legal issues not previously agreed at the time when winners are announced for a winning place to be awarded.
Any returns will be deducted from the sales values reported and will not qualify towards targets or bonus point allocation.
If a reseller has merged with or purchased another reseller in the previous 12 months or during the period of the promotion, new targets will be set for the combined business and any points already earned up to the time of the merger or acquisition will be combined in line with the revised targets (VOW reserves the right to amend these targets based on actual spend).
Customers must have traded with VOW as a mainline wholesale partner for a minimum of 12 months since the start of the promotion to qualify.
The prize cannot be sold or transferred to a 3rd Party, carried forward or credited in whole, part or changed in any manner.
The results will be announced in January 2019.
Incentive awards may be taxable. It is the recipient's responsibility to declare all benefits.
VOW’s decision on all matters is final and VOW reserves the right to change, amend or alter the terms of the promotion or prize at any time.
All winners must be over the age of 18 at the time of the trip and must be the business principal or equivalent.

Only one place on either Whiteout or Heatwave can be won per reseller.
Targets are based on the reseller's spend with VOW for the same month the previous year as reported on VOW’s internal systems plus a 10% increase.
Submission of evidence for Bonus Points should be submitted by the final working day of each month to your account manager. Failure to provide evidence by this date will result in Bonus Points not being awarded.
Bonus Points will only be awarded if the reseller achieves their minimum target.
